The term ‘love’ has been hijacked.  It’s become a fluffy, if-the-breeze-is-blowing-right kind of thing that Jesus rarely modeled.  It’s a term that men – alright I speak for this man – struggle to relate to their/his lives/life.

Aldersgate finished its 3rd season on the hardwood on Monday losing to Life Center to finish in 3rd place in the CLA church basketball league. Thanks to team captain Justin Dosch for his leadership, and to all the players!

Men from Aldersgate meet Bible study on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of every month. We meet at the church at 7:00am and we usually wrap-up by 8:30. Many head out to the Silver Spring diner for breakfast.

Aldersgate’s Mens basketball team competes at Christian Life Assembly from October through February.
